Soloist, Soprano
Italian soprano, a student of famous Raina Kabaivanska, she has repeatedly received awards in competitions worldwide, as well as the prestigious Franco Abbiati Prize (2014). Her success came in 2011, when she performed Elena (I vespri siciliani) at the Teatro Regio, Turin (cond. Gianandrea Noseda). Since then she has performed to great acclaim in such works as Otello, Il trovatore, Norma, La bohème, Simon Boccanegra, Don Giovanni, La traviata. Moreover, she has sung in Carmen, Norma, Turandot and La bohème at the Metropolitan Opera, New York. She was highly praised for her performance in the concert version of Giovanna d’Arco (Musikverein, Graz), I masnadieri and La bohème (Venice), Verdi’s Requiem (Teatro San Carlo, Naples, cond. Nicola Luisotti / Berlin State Opera, cond. Daniel Barenboim), Oberto, Conte di San Bonifacio (La Scala, Milan), and Otello (Valencia, cond. Zubin Mehta).
