He was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. He studied at the Low School and singing at the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki under Varvara Tsambaki (diploma). He also studied under the famous Greek bass Nicola Zaccaria, who played a leading role in his music evolution. He has sung in more than 50 opera productions at the Greek National Opera, Opera of Thessaloniki, Athens Concert Hall, Thessaloniki Concert Hall, Teatro Mancinelli (Orvieto, Italy) in such works as Iphigénie en Tauride, Dido and Aeneas, Don Giovanni, Così fan tutte, Le nozze di Figaro, Die Zauberflöte, Fidelio, La Cenerentola, La traviata, Macbeth, La Gioconda, Carmen, La bohème, Manon Lescaut, Andrea Chénier, Die lustige Witwe, Halima, Salome.
