He directed in theatres and opera houses, mainly in Northern Italy, during the last two decades of the 20th century. He also collaborated in many readio and televsion broadcasts of operas and prose. He directed mostly italian repertory of the 18th and 19th century. At the GNO he appeared once directing the opera Nabucco (Herodeion, Athens Festival, 1981).
