
Fotini Hatzidaki
GNO Chorus Member, Soprano
She was born in Athens. She was a member of the City of Athens Choir. She won a scholarship from the City of Athens to study music theory and singing under Lela Stamos at the Greek National Conservatoire, graduating with honors and an οutstanding performance award. She collaborated with the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation (ERT) Choir. She is a resident member with the Greek National Opera Chorus since 1988, and from time to time sings supporting roles in operas, such as Die Zauberflöte (1990/91, as Second lady), Tosca (1998/99, as Shepherd boy), Alcina (2004/05), Il prigioniero (2006/07), La vida breve (2006/07), Madama Butterfly (2013/13), etc. She has also sung in many concerts in Greece and abroad. She has taken part in numerous productions, singing several soloist roles, including the title role in Alkis Baltas’ Little Prince [O mikros pringipas]. // Last update of the biography: December 2015 - The list of productions below is continually updated.
