She was born and raised in Athens. She graduated from the Rallou Manou Professional Dance School, the Department of Theatre Studies of the NKUA and from the postgraduate programme of Social and Cultural Anthropology of the Panteion University. She has completed a course of study at the professional drum department of the Modern Music School (now Lab). As a performer she has collaborated with choreographers and stage directors giving performances in Greece and abroad, while at the same time she has participated in movies. Her choreographic works have been presented, among others, at the Festival of Young Choreographers of the Onassis Stegi, while she has carried out a research project with a grant from the Ministry of Culture and Sports. At the same time, she has collaborated as a choreographer with many stage directors. She teaches contemporary dance in professional dance schools, while she has special social groups, such as people aged 65+ and prisoners in the penitentiaries in Eleonas of Thebes and Korydallos. // Last update of the biography: October 2022.
