She was born in Athens. She graduated from the Anna Petrova Higher Education Professional Ballet School. She attended a classical, modern and jazz dance seminar at the Rosella Hightower Ecole Superieure de Danse de Cannes. She is also a graduate of the Department of Education and Early Childhood Education, University of Athens. During the period 1995-2002 she was a member of the New Ballet Studio. She debuted as a member of the GNO Ballet in Don Quixote (Herodeion, 1995/96). She has been a permanent member of the GNO Ballet since 2002, and has participated in nine ballets and four operas in about 30 productions and/or revivals. Among others, she has danced in the ballets: The Temple Dancer [La Bayadère], The Pirate [Le Corsaire], Paquita, Zorba the Greek, The Nutcracker, The Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, Raymonda, Cinderella (Herodeion, 1996/97 ) Canto General, The Snow Queen, Everyone waltz [Alles Walzer], American Dream [Amerikaniko Oneiro] and Chopin in love. She also participated in ballet segments in the operas: Marathon-Salamis, The Bat [Die Fledermaus], Hansel and Gretel [Hänsel und Gretel] and Kiss me, Kate.
