She was born in Greece. She studied piano and dance. She holds a diploma in dance from the Greek National School of Dance. She continued studies at the Despina Grigoriadou Professional School of Dance in Athens, taking a diploma in dance teaching; at the same time, she attended summer dance workshops by Galina Bogoeva in Varna. She completed her studies under Anna Petrova and is a holder of diplomas in the examination system of the Royal Academy of Dance, London. She is a resident member of the GNO Ballet since 1992, and to date has appeared in about 50 productions and/or revivals. She has participated in the ballets Don Quixote, Giselle, Cinderella (music by Prokofiev), Le Corsaire, Pinocchio, La bayadère, Sebastian (music by Menotti), Memories, Romeo and Juliet (music by Prokofiev), The Cursed Snake [To katarameno fidi], Zorba the Greek, Alles Walzer!, Chopin in love, etc. She also participated in ballet segments in operas and operettas, such as Eugene Onegin, Marathon-Salamis, Adriana Lecouvreur, Die Fledermaus and Puss in Boots (opera for children by César Cui). // Last update of the biography: December 2000.
