He made his first steps on stage at the Théâtre du Peuple in Bussang, France, at the age of ten. There he performed, sang and designed sets and costumes until the age of 25. At the same time, he studied in Strasbourg (architecture) and at the Conservatoire d’art lyrique, Paris. During that period, he was a chorister at the Opéra national du Rhin. In 1989, he met Olivier Py. Since then, he has produced all of his sets and costumes. He has signed more than 150 scenographies with various directors in theatre and opera such as Jean Chollet, Michel Raskine, Claude Buchvald, Jean-Michel Rabeux, Ivan Alexandre, Jacques Vincey, Hervé Loichemol, Sylvie Rentona, Karelle Prugnaud, Mireille Delunsch, Christine Berg, etc. He has been teaching scenography for more than twenty years at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, Strasbourg. // Last update of the biography: January 2020 - The list of the productions below is compete.
