Εkaterini Amphilochiadou
GNO Chorus Member, Soprano
She was born in Piraeus. She studied at the Piraeus Conservatory in the class of Koula Katsimanti, from where she graduated in 1974 with honors. Meanwhile, she participated in events and gave recitals (12/06/1972 at the Piraeus Association). In 1973 she won the “Maria Callas” scholarship of the “Friends of Music” Association. She continued her studies, after a scholarship from the Onassis Foundation, at the Academy of Vienna, where she was selected to interpret Pamina in the opera Die Zauberflöte, which was staged at the Academy. She distinguished herself as a lyric soprano.
