Ermina Apostolaki

Costume Designer
Born in Athens, she studied stage / costume design at Vakalo Art and Design College. She completed her master studies in scenography / stage design at the Berlin Technical University. She has attended training seminars on stage / costume design in Greece and abroad (Akto Art College, Klangkunstbühne Summer Academy, SharedSpace: Weather, Music, Politics, Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space etc). Her work in theatre and cinema has been presented in such festivals as Athens Film Festival, Month of Performance Berlin, In Zucht Festival Berlin, Cinequest Film Festival etc). She has cooperated with theatres in Athens and Berlin (Schaubühne, Dock11, Acker Stadt Palast, Neos Kosmos Theatre, Experimental Stage of National Theatre of Greece, Piraeus Municipal Theatre etc). Her works for the theatrical plays The Motherfucker with the Hat and Don’t forget to go home were presented at the World Stage Design Exhibition 2017. Moreover, she was a Goethe Institute fellow for the International Forum 2017, that takes place in the framework of the theatre festival Berlin Theatertreffen.
