Conductor
One of the most promising Greek conductors, he studied next to Péter Eötvös, David Zinman, Neeme Järvi, Paavo Järvi, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Vladimir Jurowski, Jorma Panula. He received scholarships by the Lyra Foundation, the Hirschmann Foundation, the Onassis Foundation, the State Scholarships Foundation (Greece) etc. He won the International Concert Competition “Debut Berlin” (Conducting, 2016) and recei ved the 1st prize at the International Conducting Competition “Black Sea” (Romania, 2012). Moreover, he was one of the three finalists at the internationalworkshop Interaktion of Kritisches Orchester (Berlin, 2017). He has conducted performances at the Oleg Danovski National Theatre (Romania), Meiningen State Theatre, Vienna Musikverein and Berliner Philharmonie.
He has conducted the NAC Orchestra (Ottawa), Meiningen Court Orchestra, Gstaad Festival Orchestra, Athens and Thessaloniki State Orchestras, Symphony Orchestras of Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation, Moscow, Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, Vaasa City, San Remo, Salerno, Taurida and Danube, as well as the Lithuanian State Philharmonic Orchestra and the Südwestdeutsche Philharmonie. // Last update of the biography: March 2019 - The list of productions below is continually updated.
