She was born in Athens. She studied at the Morianova-Trasta Higher Professional Dance School. She debuted at the GNO in the 1950/51 season in the ballet The Death of the Valiant Woman [O thanatos tis andiomenis], in music by Manolis Kalomiris, and by 1976, she had participated in 17 ballets in 18 productions and/or revivals, including: The Swan Lake, Les sylphides, Les petits riens, Tuesday thirteen of Mr. Picoli, The pedlar, etc. She also participated in ballet segments in 26 operas, in 56 productions and/or revivals, such as: Prince Igor, The little Dutch girl [Das Hollandweibchen] (Royal Theater of Thessaloniki, 1956/57), Alceste (Odeon of Herodes Atticus, 1958/59), Boris Godunov (Odeon of Herodes Atticus, 1963-1964), Countess Maritza [Gräfin Mariza] (Municipal Theater of Piraeus, 1966/67), The Godson [O vaftistikos], Aida, The Riviera Girl [Die csárdásfürstin], The merry widow [Die lustige witwe], The fallen woman [La traviata], The troubadour [Il trovatore], The land of smiles [Das land des lächelns] and Andrea Chénier.
