Tassos Dimeggelis
GNO Chorus Member, Baritone
Born in Athens, he began his piano training at the National Conservatory at a young age. Later he pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa, while at the same time he began taking lessons in jazz guitar with Takis Barberis, jazz theory with Vassilis Rakopoulos and classical singing with Takis Troussas, receiving his diploma in solo singing with a unanimous "Excellent" grade and a 1st Prize. He collaborated with the GNO as a guest member of the Chorus in Der fliegende Holländer in 1995 and Turandot in 1996 (Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Athens Festival). Since 1997, he had been a regular member of the GNO Chorus while at the same time also interpreting supporting roles, such as Pinellino (Gianni Schicchi), Courtier (Rigoletto), Housekeeper / Messenger (La traviata), etc. // Last update of the biography: December 2020 - The list of the productions below is complete.
