Russian tenor, he studied at the M. I. Glinka Novosibirsk State Conservatory and Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatory. During 2005/12 he was a soloist of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich- Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre, where he performed such roles as Rodolfo (La bohème), Ferrando (Così fan tutte), Lensky (Eugene Onegin), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore), Sergei (Shostakovich’s Moscow, Cheryomushki), Alfredo (La traviata). He has sung leading roles in prestigious theatres worldwide such as the MET (New York and on tour), Bavarian State Opera (Munich and on tour), Washington National Opera, Berlin State Opera, Rome Opera, Gran Teatre del Liceu (Barcelona), Opéra de Nice, Bolshoi Theatre, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées (Paris), Royal Opera House, Opera Lucerne, Athens Concert Hall, Bolshoi Theatre (Moscow), Opéra de Montréal, Houston Grand Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Teatro Municipale Giuseppe Verdi (Salerno).
