She studied classical singing at the Athens Conservatoire, as well as theater and pantomime under the Marcel Marceau system. After completing her studies in 1993, she started working with the GNO. At the same time, she sang in concerts and gave recitals in Greece and abroad, performing a wide repertoire, spanning from religious music, opera and operetta to musicals. She has sung in concerts in Bordeaux, Barcelona, Munich, Vienna, London, Cologne and Lausanne. In 1996, in Barcelona, she won the Grand Prize for best concert of the year. She has been collaborating with the GNO since 1997, singing in opera and operetta productions, including: John Gay’s The beggar's opera (1997), Dimitris Maragopoulos’ The mask of red (1998/1999), George Kouroupos’ The escapees of the checkerboard [Oi drapetes tis skakieras] (1998/1999), The medium (1999/2000), Giorgos Koumendakis’ The murderess (2014/15), Un capello di paglia di Firenze (2000/01), La vie Parisienne (2003/04), Apaches of Athens (2000/01), The Godson (2004/05), Remember those years, [Il fiore di Levante (2001/02), The neighborhood girl (2002/03), The secretary-general (2003/04), Halima (Olympia Theater, 2013/14), etc. She collaborated with the Athens Concert Hall in the world premiere of Mikis Theodorakis’ opera Lysistrata (2002).
