Spanish tenor, he studied at Reina Sofía Higher School of Music with Alfredo Kraus. At the beginning of his career, his repertoire included works by Mozart, Rossini and Donizetti, mostly performed in Spanish concert halls. He made his debut at the Teatro Villamarta in Jerez, his hometown, singing Ernesto (Don Pasquale).Since then he has sung in most prestigious theatres and concert halls worldwide in Berlin, Paris, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, Amsterdam etc. His repertoire includes, among others, Tebaldo (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Gennaro (Lucrezia Borgia), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Percy (Anna Bolena), Roberto (Roberto Devereux),
Carlo (Linda di Chamounix), Duke of Mantua (Rigoletto), Alfredo Germont (La traviata), Roméo (Roméo et Juliette), the title role in Faust, Des Grieux (Manon). Jordi appears regularly in recitals and concerts.
