He was born in Albania. He graduated from the Jordan Misja Academy of Dance in Tirana at the age of 18. For the next two years he worked as a soloist at the Ballet of the Albanian State Opera. In 1993 he moved to Greece and in 1995 he was hired as a permanent dancer at the GNO Ballet. He attended dance classes at the Dutch National Ballet Academy (Amsterdam) and at Maurice Béjart’s dance company. He is a soloist with the GNO Ballet and has danced in all of its productions, including: Giselle (Muchamedov/Adam), Zorba the Greek (Massine/Theodorakis), The Pirate [Le Corsaire] (de Pian/Adam), The temple dancer [La Bayadère] (Metsis-Petipa/Minkus), The last four songs [Vier letzte Lieder] (Van Dantzig/Strauss), The cursed serpent (Massine/Hadjidakis), Romeo and Juliet (Zanella/Procofiev), Everyone Waltz [Alles Walzer] (Zanella), Journey to Eternity (Zanella/Karaindrou), Don Quixote (Vasiliev/Mincus), The Wayward Daughter [La fille mal gardée] (Ashton/Hertel-Gorski), Cinderela (Vinogradov/Procofiev), etc.. He has also taken part in ballet segments in operas and operettas with the GNO, such as: Rhea by Samaras, Rise and fall of the city of Mahagonny [Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny], The godson [O vaftistikos], Manuel Salinas, etc. He has danced starring and solo roles at the Athens Concert Hall and at the Herodeion. He teaches classic and modern dance in the dance schools of Melina Korovina and Anna Glyka in Glyfada and gives seminars in the Panos Metaxopoulos dance school.
