She was born on Corfu island, where she took her first ballet lessons. At the age of 13 she studied at the Athens National School of Dance. In 1995-1998 she studied at the John Cranco School in Stuttgart. In 2002-03 she attended lessons at the Despoina Gregoriadou Superior Professional Ballet School in Athens. During the period 1998-2002 she worked at Germany’s Trier Opera, where she stood out for her performances in the productions Cinderella [La Cenerendola], The temple dancer [La bayadère], Swan Lake, Les sylphides. Her repertoire also includes the works: Giselle, Love songs (choreography by Forsythe), The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and the Snow Queen. She collaborates with the Greek National Opera since 2003, as a principal dancer. She has danced in the productions of the following ballets: Four last songs [Vier letzte Lieder] (van Dantzig/Strauss), Eugene Onegin (Muhamedov/Tchaikovsky), Baroque and roll (Tavernier/Rameau), Journey to eternity [Taxidi stin aioniotita] (Zanella/Karaindrou), Gioconda’s Smile [To chamogelo tis Tzokondas] (Stellatou/Hatjidakis), etc. She has also sung in ballet segments in operas, such as Marathon-Salamis (2004/05).
