Greek soprano, she studied classical singing at Mozarteum University, Salzburg. At the Salzburg International Summer Festival (2006) she was presented as «a star of the new generation Con Brio». She has sung Bastienne (Bastien und Ba stienne) and Mademoiselle Silberklang (Der Schauspieldirektor, DVD by Deutsche Grammophon in 2006). She was a soloist at the Theater Magdeburg (2004/10) performing such roles as Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Ilia (Idomeneo, re di Creta), Gretel (Hänsel und Gretel), Euridice (Orfeo ed Euridice). She appeared at the 19th Magdeburg Telemann Festival as Rodelinda (Flavius Bertaridus) and at the Handel Festival, Halle, as Armida (Renaldo) with the internationally renowned Baroque ensemble Lautten Compagney Berlin. Since 2013 she has been a permanent soloist of the Lübeck Theatre and has received warm reviews for roles such as Giulietta (I Capuleti e i Montecchi), Adina (L’elisir d’amore) and Corinna (Il viaggio a Reims). Moreover, she was awarded the Lilli Lehmann Medal by the Mozarteum International Foundation for her interpretation of Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro). // Last update of the biography: December 2017
