Daphne Panourgia

Soloist, Soprano
She was born in Athens. She studied singing with Meny Charalampidou and repertoire with Kiki Theodoridou-Papalouka at the Athens Conservatory. She attended voice class under Frangiskos Voutsinos and Despina Kalafati, as well as voice seminars in Greece and abroad. She also studied Physical Education at the University of Athens. Αθήνας. She first appeared in 1988 with loudovikos ton Anogeion. She has performed in concerts, performances and recordings with Notis Mavroudis, Giorgos Couroupos, Theodoros Antoniou, Niko Kypourgos, Michalis Grigoriou, Loudovikos ton Anogeion, the recording of Yannis Metallinos' personal album The Mirror of the Earth, etc. She is a member of the singing groups "Afros" and "Emmeleia". She also participated in the music ensemble "Manos Hadjidakis" (educational concerts at the Athens Concert Hall in 1996, etc. ). She has collaborated with The Orchestra of Colors, the Union of Greek composers (EEM), the GNO, the ERT National Symphony Orchestra & Choir, the National Theater and the Dance Theater Roes.
