Conductor
Βorn in Florence to a Greek mother and Italian father, he began his musical training at the age of six, studying violin, piano, and later composition. Gifted violinist, he performed many times as a soloist and in chamber music ensembles. At the age of twenty, he started to study conducting at the Conservatorio di Musica Giuseppe Verdi
in Milan. Moreover, he studied at the Scuola dell’Opera – Teatro Comunale in Bologna and at the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena. He conducted the Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali, Circuito Musica Orchestra, Milano Classica, Orchestra Sinfonica Abruzzese, Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra of South Bohemia, Philharmonic of Bacău,
Paul Constantinescu State Philharmonic Orchestra and Sofia Festival Orchestra. Hewas assistant of maestro Antonello Allemandi in Parma and Piacenza with Orchestra Toscanini on Verdi’s Il trovatore. Moreover, he was assistant of maestro Gianluigi Gelmetti in Rome with Orchestra dell’Opera di Roma on Verdi’s La traviata.
