Soloist, Mezzo-soprano
Greek mezzo-soprano, she started music eight years old (classic guitar, theory). She studied singing at the Athens Conservatoire (Despina Kalafati’s class) and at the Athenaeum Conservatory (diploma with first prize and golden medal, Christina Yannakopoulou’s class). She continued postgraduate studies at the Dresden Academy of Music (under Matthias Henneberg), where she attended lessons on Lied with Olaf Bär. As a
soloist she has worked with Kiel and Görlitz Operas, Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg, Landesbühnen Sachsen, Eduard-von-Winterstein Theater , Ettlingen Castle Festival, Dresden State Opera, Megaron – The Athens Concert Hall, Athens Municipality, in opera, religious music and operetta concerts, liederabend, and has sung such roles as Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel), Maddalena (Rigoletto), Princess Nicolette (L’Amour des trois oranges), Zlatohřbítek (The Cunning Little Vixen), Third lady (Die Zauberflöte), Annio (La clemenza di Tito), Die Psychiaterin (Liebesgrüße aus Muskau), Kiki (The Godson), Lyudmila/Mermaid/Fox (Frikantella, the Witch Who Hated Carols), etc. She has been a member of the Chorus of the Dresden State Opera for a season. // Last update of the biography: March 2023 - The list of the productions below is complete.
