He was born in Athens. He has worked as head stage electrician and lighting supervisor since 1968. He has collaborated with several theatrical producers, including Vangelis Leivadas (productions at the Amiral, Vempo, Park and Smaroula theaters) and Nikos Sofianos (productions at the Kalouta, Peroké and Atheneum theaters), as well as with the "Amphi-theatro" theatre company of Spyros Evangelatos (Herodeion, 2007). During the years 1985-2007, he worked as resident electrician and lighting supervisor at the GNO. He contributed to all major productions in Ancient Corinth, the Athens Concert Hall, the Thessaloniki Concert Hall, the Herodeion and elsewhere.
