She was born in Zakynthos. She is a qualified teacher at the Rallou Manou Professional Dance School and a certified classical ballet instructor of the Vaganova method (K. Bogoeva, Bulgaria) of Iasmos Drama School. Moreover, she holds a degree from the Department of Business Administration of Technological Education (ΑTEI of Chalkida). She has attended seminars on different types of dance, teaching creative dance for children and music-movement education. She also attended seminars on acting, as well as Act and Re-act technique with R. Kleiser, S. Votzimir, and G. Sziler, directing-acting with S. Livathinos, and acting/poetic body movement with E. Pitta and F. Korou. She participates as a priestess in the Olympic Flame Lighting Ceremony.
